Happy Tip: Put on some music you love and sing, dance around, slap some air bass - whatever floats your boat. It'll make you feel better and you can pretend it's a workout if you jump around for long enough.

Happy Tip: When you're feeling low, coloring always works to turn that frown upside-down! Here is a picture of a 'color-by-numbers' I did over the weekend when I was feeling blue. When I finished, I felt SUPER DUPER again.
